For residential service the trigger is approximately 1.5 inches. For commercial service properties, the trigger is set at approximately 1 inch.
We only offer shoveling services with our Commercial service which offers both shoveling and salting services.
Salting is available as part of our Commercial service to lower the freezing point and prevent ice buildup on commercial driveways and parking lots.
For Residential service we begin plowing as the snow fall begins to tapers off. If the snow event is forecasted to be significant in depth and length, an initial visit may be made to clear a path in your driveway. Our goal is to have routes completed within 8-10 hours after the snow has stopped falling.
